With the nights drawing in, our thoughts begin to turn to the festive period. Here at Wigston Fields News & Deli we are doing as much as we can to support small local producers this Christmas, by offering a range of items for pre-order. Pre-ordering is so helpful for a small business as it guarantees income and helps them to plan their stock levels, as well as giving them more time to promote their services.
So don’t just make your own order, make sure you share with your friends and neighbours and encourage them to Shop Small this Christmas. After all, we are likely to be celebrating in smaller groups so why not buy better rather than buying bigger?

We will also be putting hampers together which showcase the very best of Leicestershire produce from £30 to £200. Let us know your requirements and we’ll do the rest. We stock nearly 60 local producers here at the shop so we can do all the hard work.
