Hambleton Bakery
In September 2008, Julian Carter and Tim Hart opened Hambleton Bakery, to produce top quality traditionally made bread for Hambleton Hall and Harts in Nottingham, and added a little shop at the front, almost as an afterthought; 10 years on, with a growing list of wholesale customers, Hambleton Bakery now has shops in Oakham, Market Harborough, West Bridgford, Stamford and Oundle.
Fosse Field Farm
Fosse Field Farm poultry farm is a family-run business that has supplied top quality eggs to Leicestershire for over 75 years. They supply fresh farm eggs to local businesses and also welcome visitors to their farm shop on the outskirts of Stoney Stanton.
Vine Farm Dairy
They produce free range milk from their herd of happy Montbeliarde, Holstein and Jersey cows who graze the beautiful grass pastures of Great Dalby, near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire. They are also proud suppliers of Long Clawson Dairy, award winning cheese makers who specialise in Stilton cheese. So your milk is never more than 24 hours old and has no food miles unlike shop bought milk. We sell their milk in 1 litre glass bottles.
